1. Book your package

Book a Beach Runners package for your vacation dates and the how much gear you want to bring.

Be sure to add the best contact number for us to reach you at during your trip, and don’t forget to specify your preferred beach access location. We set up your site off of one of four highlighted Bethany Beach Trolley stops along Atlantic Avenue (learn more about the trolley route here!).

If you have specific requirements/requests outside of our standard packages, feel free to contact us directly so that we can work with you to make your dream beach vacation come true!

2. Let us handle the heavy lifting

You will receive a confirmation text from your personal Beach Runner the night before your scheduled beach day, at the contact the number you provided at booking.

On the first day of your reservation, they’ll come by your pick-up location in the morning to collect your items by 7:00 AM, and head to the beach to set up between 7:00 - 8:00 AM.

Please plan to have everything packed up and ready, and feel free to set your items outside your door/on your porch the night before for a contactless pickup.

3. Head to the beach

We make sure all your gear is set up and ready for you — so you just have to head to the beach!

You will get a text with an exact location pin for your site by the beach access point you selected when booking, as soon as it’s ready for you. A team member will supervise the beach and the sites until 9:00 AM.

4. Have an amazing beach day!

(The most important part.)

5. Text us when you’re ready to leave

Conveniently text us an hour before you’re ready to leave the beach, and a Beach Runner will swing by and pack everything up for you. We make sure to collect any garbage left at the site as well, to make sure Bethany Beach is left pristine for all to enjoy.

If you booked a multi-day package, we will take down your site, wipe everything down, and store it overnight — so we can set it up for you the following beach day! You will receive an updated exact pin location every day. If you want us to return your gear at the end of each day, select the Daily item return add-on at booking.

6. We bring everything back to you

At the end of your beach day (or last beach day if you’re booking a multi-day package) we will wipe down all your items and return everything to your original pick-up location within an hour of you leaving the beach. An effortless beach vacation!
