Add-ons

Please note that our canopy, chair, and special set rentals are ONLY AVAILABLE for North and South Bethany.
We currently do not offer these services in Downtown and Middlesex Bethany. If you have any other questions or need assistance, just let us know — we are here to help!

Calendar

After deciding on a day on the calendar, please click on the “8:00 AM” button to view three booking options.
3 types to book: Please select only one that matches your needs.
- “Select and continue” type: to book on one day.
- “Select and add another time” type: to book more than 2 days.
  - Choose the second day on the calendar
  - Click on the “8:00 AM” button
  - Choose “Select and add another time” to add the second day.
    - To book additional days, simply repeat these steps.
- “Select and make recurring” type: to schedule bookings at regular intervals on a calendar. For example, you want to schedule an appointment every Saturday of the month.

Downtown Bethany Courtesy Policy

Due to increased crowds this season, we kindly ask that you consolidate your items before leaving the beach for the day. A Beach Runner will be by at 4 PM to collect your belongings. However, if you plan to leave before that time, please ensure your items are neatly piled to take up less space. This consideration will help ensure a pleasant experience for all beach visitors. Thank you for your cooperation. I have read and agree with the above policy.

Terms & Conditions

****IMPORTANT**** Please verify you have booked every individual beach date (see instructions on Packages pages) if you have selected a multi-day package. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the first day of the package and request to receive a full refund or a code to redeem the booked service at a later date. If cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled set-up, you will receive a credit to reschedule at a later date. Credit must be used within 90 in-season days [Memorial Day - Labor Day]. Property Liability: We are responsible for the safekeeping and transportation of your belongings or rented equipment while in our possession. Once the scheduled set-up is complete and you have been notified via text, we are no longer liable for lost or stolen goods until the scheduled pick-up time. Item Count: If there are more items than the selected package indicates, then additional charges will be incurred. I have read and agree with the above policy.

Umbrella & Canopy Policy

****Note: Canopies and tents are not allowed on the beach in downtown Bethany under any conditions**** Discretionary Setup: The setup of any provided items will be at our sole discretion, based on prevailing weather conditions and any safety concerns that may put your items or individuals on the beach at significant risk. Umbrella Use and Safety: - For safety reasons, we will not open your umbrella. - You agree to close your umbrella before leaving the beach. - You assume full responsibility for any damage or injury caused by the umbrella. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. I have read and agree with the above policy.
